Singapore Botanical Gardens

If you’re looking for a venue to showcase the tropical luxury that is Singapore, look no further than the Singapore Botanic gardens. The magnificent plant collection spans over 52 hectares and is nearly in the heart of the city. Elements of the garden that you must not miss out on include the National Orchid Garden, the Evolution Garden and the beautiful Ginger Garden. The rare and diverse number of plant species showcased is a testament to the quality of the Singapore Botanic Garden.

If you also are a fan of orchids, The National Orchid Garden is a must see due to the vast amounts of sprawling orchids on display; which tends to number around 20000 orchids on display.

Asia’s first Children’s Garden is located also in the Singapore Botanic Gardens and is aimed at creating an appreciation for nature, plants and the environment among youths. The lovely Singapore Botanic Gardens is free of charge and open daily from 5 am until 12 midnight.
